Returns Policy

At OpticalXpress we aim to deliver a range of high quality products in a timely and efficient manner. On the rare occasion that you need to return an item to us, the following “no quibbles” policy applies. No references in this policy affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Faulty Items

All of our products are manufactured to the highest standards, so in the unlikely event that an item is faulty we will be happy to offer a refund or replacement. If you notice an item is faulty, please report the fault to us within 14 days of the sale and we will provide a replacement or full refund.

If an item develops a fault outside of the 14 days we will offer a replacement up to a period of 6 months from the sale date, provided our quality control procedures prove the product to be faulty.

If we do not find the item to be faulty, we will not offer a refund/replacement and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

If an item is out of stock, deleted or unavailable for an extended period of time, we will offer a refund.
